Rebranding of DirectAlert: From fear to freedom
Well for starters, how about a product that nobody really wants? Let’s face it, admitting your need a personal emergency response system is, for most people, admitting you are getting old. Media Mercantile paired up with Ensemble Media to give DirectAlert a new look, feel and message.
Combine that immense challenge with areally small budget compared to their multi-national competitor Phillips, we had our work cut out for us!
Complete logo, rebranding, packaging and website for Direct Alert, a nation-wide personal emergency solutions provider. In collaboration with Ensemble Media, this rebrand took Direct Alert’s image from “fear-based” and stark bold colours to a “life-style” solution-based service. The logo was modernized and the brand colours were shifted to a calming, open and fresh palette.
In addition to the branding and website design. The project also included several nationally broadcasted commercials.
The client has reported a marked increase in sales after the rebrand with a ROI that blows their competitors out of the water!
